The Board of Alderman of the City of Marble Hill, Missouri , may as part of a study session or regular or special Board Meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes of legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of personnel or employee labor relations.
Pay pecial attention to item #6 on the agenda which is labeled as an “Ordinance” for “Utility” rates. This ordinance specifically deals with water and sewer rates increasing. You can view this ordinance by CLICKING ON THIS LINK .
